YOUR QUOTATION

Once you have contacted us to prepare a quotation you can relax. One of our experienced Surveyors will visit your home by arrangement. You should allow approximately hour for your home to be surveyed.

Our Surveyor will need to be shown all areas of your home, including garages, outbuildings, attics and gardens. This is essential to provide you with an accurate quotation.

It is your responsibility to ensure that our Surveyor is in no doubt with regards to what is to be moved and what will stay behind.

Your home and contents are precious to you so be sure to point out any items of value or that you have a sentimental attachment to, and we shall make a note of these. Special items such as grandfather clocks, pianos, paintings, etc. will probably required specialist packing prior to removal. Our Surveyor will advise you on this.

Your Quotation will be sent to you via post or email confirming the details of your move and the cost of the service(s) you have chosen. We will telephone you a few days after sending your Quotation to make sure it is accurate.

If all this is acceptable all you need to is sign the Quotation Acceptance Form and return it to our offices and SmoothMove Of Berkshire will get you moving.
